Chapter Leadership

At Pi Beta Phi we consider each member to be a leader.

We have developed a leadership model based on principles of servant leadership. This model guides our efforts as we strive to develop leadership potential in all of our members through a variety of chapter-based and Fraternity-sponsored programming.

Pi Beta Phi offers members plenty of opportunities to become leaders both within the fraternity and in campus life. Sisters can take on key roles in the chapter by joining the Executive Council, taking on Chair positions and participating in Committees.

MEET OUR EXECUTIVE OFFICERS

The Executive Council offers eight different positions. Each position serves as a vital part in helping our chapter run smoothly and ensures that each member is getting the most out of their experience.

The Executive Council operates under a servant-leadership model, this means that their work is guided by a desire to serve sisters and respond to their input.
